The hotel offers spacious, generously furnished, clean, and super comfortable rooms. I initially faced some noise issues but was promptly relocated to a beautiful room with a stunning mountain view. The service was rescheduled to provide us with a room to rest after our long flight, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for easy access to Seapoint, Camps Bay, and Gardens. The dining options were plentiful and delicious, especially with 24-hour access to an espresso maker and snacks. The facilities were well-maintained and convenient.

Staying at this hotel was a great experience overall. The rooms were tastefully decorated and always clean, but the upgraded room I had was extremely small and noisy as it was at the front of the property. The service was top-notch with both the owner Jeff and the staff being very amiable and extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfectly settled within walking distance to the beach and many good restaurants, with the city center a bit further away, which wasn't a problem for me. The dining experience was simply fantastic, especially in the mornings, and the 24-hour access to a wonderful espresso maker and snacks was a wonderful perk. The facilities provided were great, offering everything I needed during my stay.

The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel's strategic positioning made it convenient to explore the city, but still peaceful and relaxing. Although the dining experience was not as impressive as expected, the staff did their best to cater to different dietary needs. Overall, a wonderful stay with great value for money.
